- The product is your legal property.
- You have sufficient documentation to prove its origin.
- If you sell handmade products that you personally create, ensure that they have clear labeling with details about the author, materials, production date, and usage/storage instructions.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
It’s easy to set up a store with FoxOutlook:
- Create a Fox Outlook account (if you don’t have one);
- Set up the necessary information such as vendor name, location, and payment methods
- Wait for a response from the review team.
Once your account is approved, your store is ready for product listings.
What documents do I have to register as a vendor?
According to Fox Outlook’s policy, to become a vendor, you need to provide the following information:
- A valid ID/Passport
- Proof of product origin
- Proof of sales capability (warehouse, store, etc.)
- Authorization documents from the brand or trademark owner (if applicable)
After reviewing the documents you provide, our review team will contact you to guide you in submitting any missing information (if needed) and grant your store operational rights.
How do fees work on Fox Outlook?
We only charge a fixed fee of 2.5% of the total value of the successful order, this is the full cost and there are no additional hidden costs.
So if you sell 1 order you will receive money:
Actual receipt = Total order value – (2.5% of total order value + Payment processing fee).
*If you choose to use Fox Outlook’s offsite advertising service, the service fee will add 5% of total order value.
