Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, refund timing, exchanges, and cancellations for orders placed on foxoutlook.com.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Return requests must be sent to [email protected] before any item is mailed back.
Eligible Return Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unmodified, and in its original condition with tags and packaging included when applicable. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items Not Eligible For Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or modified.
- Items returned without prior approval from Fox Out Look support.
- Final-sale items when they are clearly marked as final sale before checkout.
- Customized or personalized items, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or different from the order details.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible standard returns. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number; after verification, we will cover the approved return or replacement shipping cost.
Refund Timing
- Email [email protected] with your order number and return reason.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions before mailing the item.
- After the approved item is received and inspected, we process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled case by case and depend on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund under this policy after the approved return is received.
Order Cancellations Or Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours after purchase by contacting support. After that window, an order may already be in production or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes.
Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review a replacement or refund.
