Shipping Policy

This page explains how Fox Out Look ships orders placed on foxoutlook.com. The same shipping rule is used across our website, product pages, checkout support copy, and customer help pages.

Where We Ship

Fox Out Look currently accepts and ships orders to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO military addresses, freight forwarders, P.O. boxes that cannot receive carrier delivery, or addresses outside the United States through this website.

Shipping Rate

The shipping fee is charged per order, not per item. Any shipping charge shown at checkout should match the policy above.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we will contact you if extra information is needed to complete your order.

Tracking

After your order is dispatched, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Or Undeliverable Addresses

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the order may be returned by the carrier. If a package is returned because of an address error provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping cost.

Delayed Or Missing Packages

Carrier delays can happen after a package has been dispatched. If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can help review the shipment.
